Q: I have not received any inquiries on my listing. Could something be wrong?
Ans:

You should double-check the e-mail address you provided  with your account to ensure it is correct.  You can edit your account and listing information by logging into the Members Area.  If your e-mail address is correct, then everything should be fine with the ad.  If your ad has been running for awhile and is getting VIEWED, then you may want to consider revising the ad itself to make it more appealling.

 
Q: The contact information on a listing is invalid. Is there any way I can get in touch with the seller?
Ans:
First, make sure you try the e-mail contact and phone number.  If neither of these is valid, then you do not have a way of contacting the seller.  Each seller manages their account information and we have no way of validating if they entered it correctly.
